Dance Inspired Fitness
DIF (Dance Inspired Fitness) is a fun, high energy dance fitness class for all ages and abilities. It's a mix of dance styles; Jazz, Latin, Hip Hop, and even a little Broadway flair all set to current popular music. The choreography is original and designed to be easy enough for beginners but challenging enough for those with dance experience.
DIF is more than a workout. It's a place where you can just let go and have fun! There is no wrong in this class! We sing along, woot, and have a great time. Our class motto is, "When in doubt, SHAKE IT!"
